✨ The Lit Lowdown ✨
Here at Mood Lit Lounge, we believe in giving back and celebrating voices throughout the community in the best way we know how – books. Each quarter, here’s what you can expect:
- We host a free, live streamed, virtual romance book panel and signing event with authors and/or narrators,
- Complete with a charitable silent auction, provided by our generous donors of the same theme within the book community
- 50% of the proceeds go to a selected charity that fits the theme
- Community members vote on where the proceeds go.
We are here to stand by communities, with communities. That being said, we do understand that some months have an overlap of different awareness, heritages, and celebrations. We only have the bandwidth to manage one event per quarter while our team is still small. Hopefully in the future we will be able to expand, or even combine! We will alternate months every year to try to get as many of these celebrated as we can!
